The Nothing Phone 1 is now officially announced, the smartphone was fully revealed during the Nothing event on July 12, when the company announced that it would be available in the markets where it is officially available.

Before the full disclosure of the Phone 1, nothing announced that fans can sign up for the opportunity to pre-order before the smartphone officially goes on sale. Using a portal on the Nothing website, fans were able to sign up for a special invite to pre-order the Nothing Phone 1.
Nothing Phone (1) won’t be available in the US, at least for now!
Well, the question arises – is that Nothing Phone available Globally? The answer is NO. Many assumed that the Nothing Phone 1 would be released globally. But Carl Pei explained to PCMag that the company has other ideas. Surprisingly, there will be no US launch for Phone 1. Instead, it will be specific to Europe and Asia.
Pei’s explanation for excluding the US is that Nothing has “strong partnerships with leading local carriers” in the European and Asian regions. According to Pei, launching a phone in the US would have been overwhelming for their first launch. As getting a new smartphone on the ground doesn’t require any sort of connection.
However this is quite disappointing for anyone hoping to get their hands on the Nothing’s Phone in the US, Pei expects no future smartphones to hit the market. He says the company has “great programs” for future products, but hasn’t said anything specific about the meaning of those plans.
In terms of the flagship smartphone, Apple and Samsung are just two options for many people, so the lack of support for the Nothing is a big hit.
