OnePlus is planning for its upcoming flagship smartphones under the OnePlus 9 series. And as the Chinese phone maker releases its smartphones in March every year these new devices are also expected to hit the market around March 2021. While, as we are heading towards the launch date, more and more leaks are popping out for the devices.
According to the latest news, tipster DigitalChatStation from China has shared some key specs of the upcoming OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro models. Although, the lineup is said to bring three models with an additional OnePlus 9 Lite.
OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro leaked specifications
As per the leaked info, like the current smartphone trend, the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro will sport a punch-hole camera in the front. OnePlus 9 may come with a 6.55-inch flat display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an FHD resolution. While the OnePlus 9 Pro will come with a 6.78-inch curved display with Quad HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

There’s no doubt in terms of processor, both the models will be using the latest Snapdragon 888 SoC. Both the devices will lightweight and will weigh under 200 grams. The base variant may be slimmer than the Pro version which is 8.0mm while the Pro model will be 8.5mm in thickness.
The other leaks of the OnePlus 9 suggest that it will be featuring a 48MP primary camera along with a 16MP front camera. As reported previously the Pro model is also said to come with the support for a 45W fast charging.
In terms of software, these handsets will be packed with Google’s latest Android 11 operating system. Talking about the OnePlus 9 Lite, the handset will come with Qualcomm’s previous-generation processor, Snapdragon 865. This next generation of OnePlus smartphones is expected to announce in March this year.
