The blood oxygen monitoring feature is available in more than 100 countries. if you are expecting this feature to come in your Watch, then you can check the Apple Watch feature availability page to know whether this feature is available in your country or not.
The Watch uses a series of red and green LEDs and infrared light to measure the amount of light reflected by the skin. By advanced algorithms and using this data, it calculates the amount of oxygen present in your blood. This is all done through the new Blood Oxygen app on the Watch Series 6.
