Google readying a new makeover for Search Homepage

Google is currently readying a new makeover for its Search homepage. This upcoming customization will bring about significant changes that closely resemble the design and functionality of Google Discover on Android. The aim of this transformation is to provide users with a consistent and seamless experience across different devices and platforms.

As per the information, the Google Search homepage has been spotted testing out a new layout. The Google Discover-like feed appears under the Search homepage. The feed appears with a list of recommended articles from across the web, showing headlines, featured images, and the site’s name.

Google Discover, previously known as Google Feed, is a feature on Android devices that displays personalized content based on the user’s interests and search history. It offers a curated feed of news articles, videos, and other relevant content, tailored to each individual user.

By incorporating this new makeover into the Search homepage, Google hopes to enhance the overall user experience and make it easier for users to find the information they need.

To be mentioned, this isn’t the first time Google has tested out these new homepage designs. In 2022, Google also tested out a “New Google.com” which had widgets for weather, stocks, trending searches, and more. But Google still hasn’t widely released any such homepage redesign.
