Xiaomi has begun rolling out the MIUI 12.5 Enhanced version update to its third batch of eligible devices. Several Mi, Redmi, and Poco phones have already received it, while the Mi CC 9 also known as Mi 9 Lite globally is the latest to grab it.

MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition does not come with new features. It only has optimizations in four fields, which are Liquid Storage, Atomic Memory, Focus Calculation, and Intelligent Balance. Also, it brings all-around optimizations for the bottom framework to the top-most application layer.

The new focused algorithms will dynamically allocate system resources based on specific scenes, ensuring a smooth experience on all models. The atomized memory management mechanism will make RAM usage more efficient.

You can get the download links for the update below but if you want to install it manually, head over the Settings of your smartphones. Now click on System Updates > Download and Install. Once installed, Restart your phone, and you are done.
