Samsung is rolling out the Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra September 2022 Android security patch update in India. This update comes with improvements for the security and stability of the system.

In case you have not yet received the notification for the latest software update, you can check it manually through Settings. Once entered, head over to the Software update section followed by Download and install.

Yesterday, Samsung started to roll out the September 2022 Android security patch update for its Galaxy devices. Starting with Galaxy S21 series, a bunch of Galaxy phone users has their hands on the latest software update. Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 is the latest to get updates to the September 2022 security patch.
While this is just a minor security update, a major Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update is in line to get installed on the Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra smartphones. Even, the devices are eligible for testing the beta version.
On the other side, the company is expected to unveil the stable One UI 5.0 update at the Samsung Developer Conference that is scheduled for October 12. Being a flagship lineup, the Galaxy Note 20 will be among the initial devices that will grab a stable One UI 5.0 update.
Coming back to the current software update, Samsung is not bringing any major changes to the device. As per the changelog, this update improves the security of the system in order to prevent the device from bugs and viruses and keep your files safe.
Additionally, the system stability has been enhanced too. It ensures a seamless performance on your device and saves your phone from problems like app crashing, lagging, etc.
Furthermore, Samsung is releasing the Galaxy Note 20 September 2022 security patch in some European markets including Germany, Bulgaria, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and the UK.
