OnePlus is distributing the new OxygenOS 13 software testing version to eligible devices to make them compatible with the stable version. However, OnePlus recently released the OxygenOS 13 beta rollout timeline to let the user be aware of their rollout plan, and as per that Oneplus Nord 2T and Nord 2 CE Lite 5G will be next to get the OxygenOS 13 beta soon.
As per, the OxygenOS 13 beta timeline both the OnePlus models will start receiving the beta in Quarter 4, 2022. So far, the OnePlus 8, 8 Pro, 9R, and 9 RT users experience the OxygenOS 13 open beta 2 updates.

There is some point to remember that the timeline is approximate and subject to change depending on the device’s model, country, and carrier. Additionally, the beta version will be released on a batch-by-batch basis and is only applicable to certain markets.
The Plan is not applied to the carries-exclusive models which will be determined by each carrier. Also as for the stable version, it will turn accordingly based on the feedback from the beta version and will be released after meeting the meantime the standards.
