Cryptocurrency exchange Karken launched its mobile app in the US

The cryptocurrency exchange Kraken is extending its services to the United States, announcing the launch of a new mobile application in the United States, targeting retail investors.

Kraken announced on Wednesday that this app can be used on Andriod and iOS platforms, and users only need to invest $10. Since January this year, the Kraken app has been launched in Europe.

It is reported that although the application has been released in the United States, due to the high regulatory compliance costs in New York and Washington, Kraken is temporarily unable to provide cryptocurrency transaction services to residents of these two states.

In addition, Kraken can be used in all countries except Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Japan, and Syria. Kraken Chief Product Officer Jeremy Welch (Jeremy Welch) said that the new version of the client has been simplified and easier to use, and the company wants to target more cryptocurrency, user groups.

Kraken was born in 2013 and currently has 7 million trading users. The company also stated that the scale of cryptocurrency transactions in May increased five times from January.

And Kraken claims that the commission is the lowest in the industry, and the certification process is faster and easier to get started. Test data shows that users can get started with the software and conduct transactions in less than one minute.
