Huawei released December 2022 update for Mate 50 series

We have entered the new month and Huawei has begun rolling out the latest December 2022 security patch update for the users of Mate 50 series. This update comes with optimizations and will further enhance the overall system security and stability of your device.


According to the source, the December 2022 security patch carries a build version HarmonyOS Additionally, users of the Huawei Mate 50 series will need to download a package of around 16.26MB. Other than the performance improvements the changelog doesn’t mention any major changes.

To be mentioned, the December 2022 security patch is currently available for the HarmonyOS 3 version of the Mate 50 series.
