Finally, Samsung released the second One UI 4 update on the Beta channel for the Galaxy S21 consumers. Our readers in Germany confirmed the arrival of a big software update, which weighs nearly 1GB. And of course, this hefty update brings a number of new features and improvements over the Beta 1.
As stated by the Galaxy S21 One UI 4 Beta testers, the latest firmware update, which was released a few hours ago, installs Samsung’s extra RAM feature called RAM Plus. The company confirmed that when enabled, the RAM Plus feature brings 4GB of additional RAM for an improved experience.
Also, it looks like Samsung acknowledged the consumers’ feedbacks, as result, they are now experiencing highly improved animations on the entire One UI software system after One UI 4 Beta 2. In addition, Beta 2 also comes with new animations for home screen widgets, you can see the changes below.

Apart from the new features and improvements, One UI 4 Beta 2 also includes the latest October 2021 security patch, which ensures better system stability. Ealier today, the company revealed that it’s October security update offers fixes for around 60 CVEs and SVEs from Google and Samsung.

Right now, the One UI 4 Beta 2 update is releasing for the Galaxy S21 series smartphone users in South Korea and Germany. However, there’s no information emerged regarding its arrival in the US market, meanwhile, it could happen in the coming days, possibly tomorrow.
