According to the information, the Redmi 10C, Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G and POCO X4 Pro 5G smartphone users are obtaining the January 2023 update with the MIUI build version V13.0.3.0.SGEINXM/ V13.0.3.0.SGEIDXM, V13.0.4.0.SKCRUXM and V13.0.4.0.SKCRUXM respectively and it includes an installation package of around 3GB.

To download the update manually, go to Settings on your phone, scroll down, and hit About Phone. From this screen, choose System Updates. Find the most recent update, then click the Download and Install button when it appears. Restart your phone after installation.
