So far, the Fitbit Sense 2 and Versa 4 smartwatch users were not eligible to use the functionalities of the Google Maps app. But now Google makes it possible and releases app support for both of these smartwatch users, to make their travel much more comfortable.

Notably, both of these smartwatches are not able to support all Google apps, but luckily Google Wallet is available for them. Google Maps will show you your start location which is navigated on your smartphone and the interface also displays the estimated arrival time and mode of travel right on your wrist.

Moving on, the app will also show direction cards with distance information when you tap the “View” button, and the current direction appears on your watch when you turn on Always On Display by covering your watch. You can also go back to the app’s main screen by tapping the “Pause navigation on watch” button.
