There will be no Apple event on March 16: Tipster

There are several Apple products that were said to come in the first half of 2021 including the new iPads, iPad Pro, AirPods, and the long-rumored AirTags. As reported, Apple was supposed to launch these new devices in March of this year.

Now, As per the latest news, Bloomberg reporter Mark Gurman confirmed on Twitter today that Apple has no plans to hold a press conference on March 16.  The March 16 date is just a guess based on the time of the past Apple press conference.

In response to MacRumors editor Joe Rossignol’s comments on Apple’s possible event in March, Gurman confirmed that the March 16 date is incorrect. In another tweet, he stated that “the press conference is not on the 16th.”

Some of these products may indeed be launched in the spring event, but the date of the event is not yet known. Apple will hold events in March in most years, the past spring events were on March 9 (2015), March 21 (2016), and March 27 (2018). And March 25 (2019), but there will be no events in March 2017 and March 2020.
