Soon after releasing the new OxygenOS stable channel version for OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro, OnePlus is back, bringing a new update to the cheapest phone in the lineup: OnePlus 9R. The last OxygenOS update for the OnePlus 9R was released in late May and brought several fixes and security patches for May 2021.

Well, the new version is not that interesting, because it is more like a patch that can solve some of the problems found in the previous version. According to a recent post on the OnePlus community forum, OEMs have now begun to launch a new stable channel version for the OnePlus 9R in India in the form of OxygenOS 11.2.3.3.
This update includes fixes to an issue that caused previous versions to consume battery power in an abnormal manner. Other than that, the new version is almost the same in terms of functionality.
Since this is a patch release, those running the original version in May 2021 should receive an over-the-air (OTA) update soon. You can check for the update manually on your OnePlus 9R smartphone by going inside the Software updates section of Settings menu.
