Recently, WhatsApp has rolled out new changes in drawing tools, editing parts, contact card layout, group information, etc. Now, WhatsApp is rolling out a new tool that allows you to customize group profiles.

We all have multiple groups on WhatsApp. We add contacts from the same area, such as school friend groups, university friend groups, coaching groups, family groups, office groups, etc. Sometimes, after creating a group we don’t have a suitable profile picture for a while.
Now, WhatsApp is adding a group icon editor so that you can add temporary image profiles, which is more convenient than the previous. Below you can check the preview image of this feature.
WhatsApp beta version of iOS 2.21.190.11 has brought this new feature. Currently, it is only available for iOS beta testers and will soon be available for Android users.
Additionally, it may take up to a day for this feature to be enabled on your device. So, if you just updated to the latest version and didn’t get this feature, you can try waiting 24 hours.
New Features [Emojis and Stickers Option]
The “Emojis and Stickers” option will allow the use of WhatsApp emoji and stickers to customize group icons. It provides different backgrounds where you can apply any emoji or sticker to make icons for your temporary group.
After opening the group’s info, click the profile to edit it. If you see this new “Emojis and Stickers” option, you can use it. It also has a category bar (similar to the messages section), so you can easily find the right emoji quickly.
