Oppo Find X3 gets FCC certification, expected to launch ahead of March

Oppo will soon launch its new handset with the latest and most powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor. Meanwhile, an unknown Oppo smartphone was previously listed on Geekbench. The device was speculated to be the Oppo Find X3 or X3 Pro smartphone.

And now according to the latest news, the same device is been spotted on Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certification site. The listing suggests that this handset is the Oppo Find X3 Pro which is nearing its launch and may be released earlier than March. Also, the listing has revealed some of the specs regarding the Oppo phone with model number CPH2173.

Coming to the leaked specs, alongside the latest Snapdragon 888 SoC, it will feature the latest Android 11 operating system based on ColorOS 11.2. It has a dual cell 2200mAh battery which accounts for a 4400mAh battery backup along with support for up to 65W fast charging.

As per the previously leaked info by Even Blass, it is said that the handset will come with a 6.5-inch OLED display that offers 1440 x 3216 pixels with a 120Hz refresh rate. For the camera department, it is rumored to equip a quad-camera setup with dual 50MP cameras, one as a primary lens and the other as an ultra-wide camera.

The other two cameras are a 13MP lens for 2X optical zoom and a 3MP camera for up to 25X zoom. The new handsets from Oppo are expected to debut ahead of March this year. And along with the two premium models Oppo Find X3 and Find X3 Pro, the company is also expected to launch FInd X3 Neo and Find X3 Lite.
