Vivo X60 series will be unveiled in India on March 25

In December last year, Vivo officially launched Vivo X60 and Vivo X60 Pro smartphones in China with Exynos 1080 SoC technology. Firstly, the company launched two models, Vivo X60 and X60 Pro, and subsequently, also launched Vivo X60 Pro + as the high-end model of the Chinese product line.

Previously, Vivo has confirmed the launch of the Vivo X60 series in Malaysia on March 22. Now the company officially set the India launch date for this series smartphone which is 25th March. Currently, We are not sure if the company plans to launch all three models in India.

The teaser for this upcoming Vivo smartphone series has been launched on Flipkart and Amazon, it has been confirmed that these devices will not be monopolized on either platform.

The Vivo X60 series products launched in China are powered by the Samsung Exynos 1080 chipset, but there are reports that the global version will be supported by Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC. In Malaysia, the phone is using the SD870 version, but the company has not confirmed the chipset of the Indian model.

As for the specifications, all three models are equipped with a 6.56-inch AMOLED FHD+ display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. In China, the X60 Pro+ model is supported by the SD888 chipset, while the other two are supported by Exynos 1080 SoC.

Specification of Vivo X60 and Vivo X60 Pro (Chinese variant)

Vivo X60 and X60 Pro have come with 6.56-inch AMOLED FHD+ displays that support a 120Hz refresh rate. The vanilla model has a 4,300mAh battery, while the Pro version has a 4,200mAh battery. Both phones support 33W fast charging and equipped with Android 11 OS based on OriginOS.

Vivo X60 and X60 Pro are equipped with a 32-megapixel front camera. Vivo X60 has a 48-megapixel (main camera with OIS) + 13-megapixel (portrait) + 13-megapixel ultra-wide lens triple camera system. While the Vivo X60 Pro has a quad rear camera setup that equips a 50MP primary shooter, a 13MP ultra-wide lens, a 13MP telephoto lens, and another 32MP telephoto camera.

Other than that, Nipun Marya, Director of Brand Strategy for Vivo India, recently revealed that the Vivo X60 series will be released in India this month.
