Apple launched iPhone 12 and 12 mini purple color edition with iOS 14.5

At the Spring Loaded 2021 event, Apple launched several new products including the most-awaited AirTags, mini LED iPads, and iMacs. Additionally, the company also launched a new purple appearance for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini.

The purple iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini will be pre-ordered on April 23 and will be officially on sale on April 30. While the configurations of this new iPhone are the same as the previously launched iPhone 12 and 12 mini, despite the iOS 14.5 that will come pre-installed with these iPhones. Apple said that the purple iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini are equipped with iOS 14.5, support using Apple Watch to unlock while wearing a mask, redesign the program and single episode interface of the Apple Podcast App, and add a “search” tab, and join New emoji.

Siri will no longer provide a default voice, and there are a variety of voice options in the English language family to choose from. The prices of these iPhones are also the same, so no need to worry about that.

Apple pointed out that this software update relies on the release of iOS 14. The main update is the redesign of the home screen, with exquisite widgets and App resource library, the development of new App gameplay through light App, and the update of the information App.
