This year, Samsung released several smartphones, such as Galaxy S21 series, Galaxy A32, Galaxy A52, Galaxy A72, and so on. After that, the company is preparing to launch its most affordable 5G smartphone under the Galaxy A series, which will be called Galaxy A22 5G.
After multiple leaks and rumors, the Galaxy A22 5G recently completed another certification, indicating that the model has Bluetooth 5.0 support. After completing this certification, the cheapest 5G smartphone to be launched is only one step away from its official release.
In addition to this, recent leaks revealed that the Galaxy A22 5G will be equipped with a quad rear camera setup, while the 4G variant will have a triple rear camera. These devices will have a traditional waterdrop notch display, and the bezel of the 4G model is slimmer than the bezel of the 5G model.
Previous reports show that the Galaxy A22 smartphone will be equipped with a quad rear camera setup, which includes a 48MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, a 2MP macro camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 13MP selfie camera.
Under the hood, the Galaxy A22 5G can be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 chip and is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery and 15W fast charging. Finally, Samsung has not officially disclosed information about the device, but it is expected to be launched in the second half of 2021 at a price of approximately US$335 (279 euros or 24,999 Indian rupees).
